I LOVE the online form -- but please make sure you only fill one out for yourself! It'd be too easy to use "Schiller" or "Stephen R. Lewis" in the name field...

Glad you found it; I just filled out mine... it was a fun break in the middle of a busy day.
It was fun. And I used my real name, honest. Just occurred to me, afterwards, that it wouldn't be too hard to pretend to be somebody else. But I guess that's true with the ones that come through the mail, too.
I filled out my questionnaire, only to discover what a dull life I lead. Looking forward to hearing from Carls whose lives are a bit more exciting!
