Going back in Time

Looking over the pictures from this reunion (both on the Carleton page and on the Lorna-fueled-Shutterfly site--check out the especially neat '91ers with sons featuring Wilson and Fockens on page 2 of the Carleton Reunion pictures on the school site), are a treat. Would be great if we could dig up some more from Reunions past (ala Larry's 10th reunion site). Martha and I dug up some from our 5th Reunion and will be scanning some in as well. Stay tuned for more.

Cheers

More photos...

Larry Sampas took a bunch of photos and has put them up on his Web site photo gallery.

Lorna Janus Wilson has set up a Shutterfly site for collecting reunion photos at Carleton91Reunion.shutterfly.com If you took some snaps, put 'em up!

Thanks to everyone who came out. Only five years until the next one.

Some Photos from Reunion

Well, that was fun. Between the heat, SAGA food, and the beer, I doubt that I'll feel normal before Wednesday, but it sure was fun. I took a few photos and have posted them on Flickr. Some highlights include Scott Azwell singing "Jessie's Girl" backed up by the Knights; a robot riding a dinosaur going up in flames on Mai Fete (see left); and Steve Malloy inexplicably wearing upholstery on his head. If you have any pictures, please share them via Flickr, Shutterfly, Snapfish, or whatever medium works best for you. Thanks again to Elena, Suzanne, Steve, and all the other people on the planning committee for their hard work. It was worth it!

Ante Up!

Join the class of 1991 in a no limit hold 'em poker tournament during reunion weekend - think of it as applied statistics and psychology. We'll start dealing after dinner on Friday, before the parties start, and depending on the number of participants, play a final table for all the marbles (and other great prizes) on Saturday. The tournament is open to all skill levels, all classes and anyone 18 and over attending reunion. Sign up at the registration table when you arrive on campus.

Aikido, playground time added to schedule
We've added two more activities to the reunion schedule. On Friday morning, June 16, children of '91ers and their parents can meet and play at the Central Park Playground, across from Parish House, from 9-11. (Note that we will NOT have babysitters at the playground.) Also, thanks to our classmate Steve Carlson, you can take an Aikido class on Saturday afternoon, June 17. Any reunion attendees who practice Aikido, a Japanese martial art, are welcome to participate in the all-class training. For details, contact Steve at steve.carlson@fandm.edu or (717) 394-3531.
